
how to make a delicious chocolate cheese tart ^__^
Ingredients A
250 g cream cheese
60 g unsalted butter
60 g icing sugar

30 ml eggs
15 ml lemon juice

5 g cocoa powder
10 g water
50 g cheese filling (A)
Tart Base Ingredients
380 g plain flour
125 g icing sugar
200 g unsalted butter
1 egg
10 g cocoa powder
Direction
Preparing Chocolate Cheese Filling
For A: Take out butter and cream cheese from the fridge earlier before using. Combine cream cheese, butter and icing sugar. Slowly beat until well mixed.
For B: Mix in eggs and lemon juice into the batter and continue beating for 2 minutes.
For C: Mix cocoa powder with water. Take about 50 g of the prepared cream cheese filling (A) and mix the cocoa solution. This will be the chocolate cream cheese topping. Pour cream cheese (A) into tart base and put chocolate cream cheese as topping before baking for 5 minutes at temperature of 220ºC.
Once done, put into fridge for about 2 hours and serve.
Preparing Tart Base
Mix butter and icing sugar into a bowl. Beat till soft. Add in egg and continue beating for another 2 minutes.
Lastly, add in the flour and cocoa powder. Beat for another minute.
Half bake the tart base for 10 minutes at temperature of 200ºC.
